International Women’s Day Is Celebrated In Many Countries And Cultures

International Women's Day March 8th

International Women’s Day is celebrated in many countries and cultures around the world, it celebrates the achievements and experiences of women around the world from different perspectives. The International Day of Women first happened in 1911 and had one million supporters. It is an opportunity for women from different backgrounds and backgrounds to come together and meet and celebrate their achievements and experiences. My grandmother was heavily involved with the women’s day marches in Sydney and I remember going to marches with her.
