ABOUT

Tia brings her experience coordinating before and after school care, where she introduced therapeutic behaviour management, staff training, implementation of plans for children and getting funding supports for the centre.

Through working with and supporting children with trauma or special needs, Tia came to love this type of work. She is now a Clinical Assistant at Chrysalis, supporting clinician’s in implementation and programming.

Tia is constantly learning and building her skills, including currently studying Bachelor of Criminology at Griffith University. Upon graduation in 2023 Tia is planning to use her experience, skills and qualification in both crime prevention and rehabilitation.
