APPROACH AND VALUES

My practice is grounded in a client-centred approach, with a commitment to achieving effective outcomes for both clients and their support networks. I am dedicated to identifying and resolving challenges as they arise to ensure optimal results. My passion lies in supporting clients within the NDIS framework and ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to reach their highest potential.

SPECIAL INTEREST

My primary area of interest is in the field of mental health and psychosocial disabilities. I employ trauma-informed methodologies to facilitate positive and impactful outcomes for clients, leveraging my expertise to address their unique needs comprehensively.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

I hold a BSc with hons in Criminology with Law, as well as a Diploma in Access to Humanities and Social Psychological Sciences. Additionally, I am certified in Positive Behaviour Support by Monash University. My professional background includes significant experience in the social sciences sector across the UK and Australia, allowing me to effectively apply my skills in Positive Behaviour Support.

My experience spans working with children, young people, and families within the out-of-home care sector, as well as within the criminal justice system. Notably, I have spent two years working as a Specialist in Coordination within the NDIS sector, equipping me with a thorough understanding of relevant processes and protocols to provide exceptional client support across the board.
