ABOUT
Cody is a committed Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong foundation in support work across Out of Home Care, Community, and Supported Independent Living settings. This hands-on experience informs Cody’s ability to deliver practical, person-centred strategies that foster positive, inclusive environments—particularly for participants from First Nations and LGBTQIA+ communities.
With experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, Cody applies evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches tailored to the unique needs of each person. Whether working one-on-one, in group settings, or collaboratively with care teams, Cody is passionate about meeting people where they are and promoting meaningful outcomes.
Cody holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and is currently undertaking a Master of Social Work, further expanding their capacity to provide holistic, ethical, and client-focused support.
Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending time with their cat, creating digital art, playing video games, staying active through sports, engaging with political discussions, and following the NFL and NBA (as a proud Patriots and Celtics fan).
