To combat depression I focus on what makes me happy I set myself little challenges like I will be happy when I reach the gardens and I will try to focus on the positives in my life. Feeling trapped can be awful and isolating to everyone. However, you can choose to be trapped or free. I am trapped physically but I choose to use my mind to be independent and free if I can't physically do something, I envisage myself doing the particular activity in my head I go on complete journeys in my head allowing me the opportunity to imagine what to do and where to go. You can choose to be happy or sad. Happiness is a journey not a destination
